RULES |

1) |
Tournament begins when the first cobia of the year is caught on Pensacola
Beach Gulf Fishing Pier and ends on Monday May 5, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. |

2) |
Entry fee is $25 + tax and you may register anytime prior to or during the
tournament, but must enter before catching a fish. |
|
3) |
Decision of the tournament officials is final. Violation of any of
the tournament rules will be subject to disqualification from the tournament
without refund. |

4) |
Fish must be caught on rod and reel, no mutilated, frozen or old fish will
be weighed. |
|
5) |
All Florida Limits and Laws apply. All fish must have at least
a 33" measurement to the fork. |

6) |
Tie breaker to first fish weighed. |
|
7) |
Intentional snagging or foul hooking is prohibited. |
|
8) |
Eligible piers include Pensacola, Okaloosa, and
Panama City. |
|
9) |
Only one prize per person. Prizes can be picked up after Tuesday May
6th at 9:00 A.M. |
|
10) |
All fish must be weighed at Gulf Breeze Bait & Tackle on the day they are
caught. |
