has been in the business of supplying monofilament fishing line to
anglers of the world for over forty years. Our main goal has been to
supply all anglers the finest monofilament at the most reasonable price.
We sell line by the pound, not the
yard. With well over 1,000 current IGFA World Records to our credit, we
feel this outstanding record speaks for the quality of Ande Monofilament
and the trust that anglers have in the product. We hold more saltwater
IGFA records than all other line companies combined. Our strength has
always been saltwater. We are now making progress in the freshwater
market due to our "Rep" organization and the demand from
freshwater anglers who discovered Ande when fishing saltwater. The test
class in relation to the diameter of the monofilament is as small, or
smaller, in diameter as any other monofilament on the market today. A
smaller diameter will cast more easily and have less drag or weight when
trolling or fighting a fish. The abrasion resistance of Ande has always
been one of our major selling points. We sell two lines: Premium and
Tournament. Tournament is available in Green and High Visibility
Fluorescent.
Our Premium is our production
monofilament for the vast majority of anglers. It is the same quality as
our Tournament line. It is a medium soft monofilament with excellent
tensile and knot strength and is very abrasion resistant. Premium comes
in Clear, Pink, Dark Green, Gun Metal, Hi-Vis, Green Envy and Back
Country Slate Blue, in tests from 2 to 400 lbs. Also available in both
50 yd. and 100 yd. leader coils in heavy tests from 30 to 400. Also
available are 400 yd. coils of Black mono.
Ande Tournament is available
in Green (2-130) and High-Visibility (2-80). Made to special diameters
to give tournament anglers or world record anglers peace of mind. If
they catch a record fish with Ande Tournament line, it will meet the
requirements of IGFA line class they are fishing, yet being as close to
the line class as possible. Available in 2,4,6,8,10,12,16,20,30,50,80
and 130 lb. test. Also available in 100 yd. pocket spools of tippet and
leader material in tests from 2 to 20 in Green only |
